We all know, that any exercise we consistently engage in is beneficial. However, a study involving over 80,000 participants suggests that one particular type of exercise stands out above the rest.

Among racquet sports, tennis is considered the healthiest. According to research, male and female tennis players increase their life expectancy by an average of almost 10 years – 9.7 years, to be precise. Second place goes to badminton, with an average increase of 6.2 years. Soccer follows with 4.7 years, cycling with 3.7 years, and swimming with 3.4 years.

This longevity benefit surpasses many other physical activities, including swimming, jogging, and cycling. Combining cardiovascular exercise, strategic thinking, hand-eye coordination, and social interaction promotes longer, healthier lives.  But we want to take it one step further and really give the science that has been hidden behind closed doors, PhD's, and white lab coats.
